'Foster Care Fortnight is The Fostering Network's annual campaign to raise the profile of fostering and show how foster care transforms lives.'

Foster Care Fortnight 2023 took place from 15-28th of May 2023.

During this Fortnight my foster care story was shared on Hansh.

The aim was to raise awareness about some of the struggles that young people go through when growing up in the foster care system.

Everyone involved with this process were incredible delicate and expressed a huge interest in getting my story shared.

On a personal level I was extremely proud that I managed to share my experiences in the welsh language, it is not something I have spoken about in Welsh before.
